A 4–6 month individual or group coaching experience for seasoned leaders ready to shift from striving and over-performing to leading with wisdom, purpose, thought leadership, and balance.

This package is designed for executives who are ready to evolve — to stop chasing achievement for its own sake and start embodying a deeper, more intentional leadership presence. You’ve already proven yourself. Now it’s time to lead from your essence.

1. Release the Striving, Reclaim Your Wisdom

You’ve climbed the ladder — now it’s time to redefine success on your terms. We’ll identify and dismantle internal patterns like over-responsibility, holding back or doubting despite being very accomplished. Together, we’ll cultivate self-trust and a grounded sense of authority rooted in your lived experience and values.

2. Embody Your Executive Presence

Presence is more than polish — it’s power, purpose, and preparation. You’ll develop an authentic executive presence that commands attention without forcing it.   • In this long-term coaching package, you will be supported and guided bi-weekly for 4-6 months.

  • Unlimited email/voice memo/text support between sessions (24-48 response time.) 

  • During our sessions, we help you get clear, unlock your truest desires and design our life and work based on who you are now and the legacy you want to leave.

  • You will have weekly check-ins for reflection and planning and support to overcome any resistance or blocks and practical guidance to implement your intentions.

  • You will have your own google folder and be provided with tools and exercises to feel clear and capable to take aligned actions.
