A 4-week small-group coaching experience for women ready to evolve their careers, leadership, and relationship with ambition.

Maybe you’re at a crossroads.

Maybe your career still looks good on paper...

Maybe motherhood, leadership, transition, or this season has changed you...

You still have ambition. You still want contribution, meaningful work, growth and impact.

But you don’t want it to require more from you.

You’re wondering what becomes possible when your next chapter gets to include more of you.

You don’t need to reinvent yourself.
You may need to integrate yourself.

What’s my next job? Should I start something? What’s my title? What’s my niche? What’s the plan?

“We’re trying to write the elevator pitch before we’ve taken the time to get reacquainted with ourselves.”

We’re so accustomed to producing, deciding and moving forward that we don’t realize how long it’s been since we’ve had enough space to actually hear ourselves.

Permission to Play Full Out gives you that space. Not indefinitely. Not without direction. But with enough structure, support and experimentation

WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE

1. INNER AUTHORITY
Take your power back.

This is identity, roles, expectations, definitions of success and asking:

What have I been taught to want or believe?
vs.
What’s actually true for me now?

2. GENUINE VALUES
Know what matters in this season, and use it.

Not another values worksheet. Values as an actual compass for decisions.

3. YOUR BRILLIANCE
Recognize what’s so natural to you that you may not realize it’s extraordinary.

And keep:

Your title can change. Your brilliance travels with you

SEE THE WORK IN ACTION

In a workshop, I guided Maria through an exercise called Own Your Transition. Instead of rushing to define the next role or title, she honored where she'd been and began naming what was calling her, even before she knew exactly what form it would take.

Maria didn't suddenly have every detail figured out. What shifted was her ability to recognize and express who she was becoming. Soon she was introducing herself as an emerging founder and talking about the work she wanted to create without feeling like she was pretending.

That's the kind of identity shift we'll practice inside Permission to Play Full Out

The goal isn't to make the biggest move. It's to make a move that's true to you, and learn from what happens next

WHY A GROUP?

There’s something powerful about being in a room with women asking some of the same questions.

Not because you're all headed toward the same answer.

But because there can be immediate warmth in realizing: I don't have to figure this out alone.

STRUCTURE + SPACE

You need intuition and structure.
Creativity and discernment.
Presence and impact.
Softness and ambition.

“We create enough structure that you can safely not know yet”

WHAT IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

  • BEFORE
    Short teaching and/or workbook reflection.

  • TOGETHER
75–90 minutes. Brief teaching, then conversation, reflection, laser coaching, connection and practice.

  • BETWEEN
Experiment. Notice. Have conversations. Gather data. Come back with what you're learning.

Not a perfectly engineered five-year plan.

Instead:

A clearer understanding of who you are now.
Language for your values.
Understanding of your brilliance.
Something you're ready to take your power back from.
Greater trust in what's genuinely yours.
Real-world experiments.

And:

Often….. action helps create clarity

Group coaching or 1:1 coaching?

Both are grounded in my Leadership Beyond the Ladder® model, but they’re designed to support you differently.

Permission to Play Full Out

This 4-week experience is designed to help you build the foundational inner work for your next season in community.

We’ll focus primarily on Authentic Identity: your Inner Authority, Genuine Values and unique Brilliance.

The group itself is part of the experience.

You’ll hear other women put language to things you may have been struggling to name. You’ll see yourself reflected in their questions and experiments. You’ll have a low-stakes place to practice new ways of thinking, choosing and expressing yourself before bringing them into the higher-stakes moments of your life and work.

This may be the right container if you’re thinking:

I know something is shifting, but I don’t need to figure out my entire future right now.

I want space to reconnect with myself, get clearer about what matters, and experiment with what comes next.

And I don’t want to do all of that alone.

1:1 Leadership Coaching

My private coaching is a 4-month individualized partnership with more time and space to work across the full Leadership Beyond the Ladder® model.

We can go deeper into Authentic Identity, Empowered Voice and Creating Greater Possibilities, following what is actually unfolding in your life and leadership.

That might include navigating a career transition, making a high-stakes decision, stepping into a new level of leadership, negotiating or advocating for yourself, building something new, changing patterns in relationships or work, or implementing the changes you already know you want to make.

Because we have a longer runway, we’re able to move beyond discovering what’s true for you and support you as you practice, implement, adjust and evolve over time.

This may be the right container if you’re thinking:

I’m navigating something specific and want Sweta beside me as I work through it.

I want highly individualized coaching and sustained support.

I’m ready to go deeper across my identity, voice, leadership and the possibilities I’m creating.

And sometimes, it’s both.

Permission to Play Full Out isn’t a “lighter” version of 1:1 coaching, and 1:1 isn’t simply “more” of the group experience.

They serve different purposes.

The group can give you a powerful foundation, mirrors, community and space to discover what you want to explore.

And you may discover through that work that there’s something specific you want deeper support actually living into.

If you’re not sure which kind of support fits this season, reach out. I’m happy to help you think it through.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF……..Especially:

IF You still have ambition, but you're rethinking what ambition gets to look like.
